This weekend many people will be observing the Catholic holydays of Good Friday and Easter. While they are remembering that however, others and Catholics alike should remember the day so many years ago on Good Friday that our beloved 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, was assassinated. Let us remember the good that he did and try to keep what he worked for alive. Be nice to everyone no matter what religion or race. And let us look forward to support our president now no matter what ancestry he may be from. Just think, its Lincoln’s doing that allowed Obama to even be president. Just think this Friday about the past, the present, and the future.
